Cancellation Fees
Sitting Visits: If pet sit is canceled 7 day before pet sit then there is 50% refund given. If canceled within 6 days to 2 days before pet sit there will be 50% credit given. If pet sit is canceled within 24 hours there is no credit given.
Dog Walking: If dog walk is canceled 7 day before pet sit then there is 50% refund given. If canceled within 6 days to 2 days of dog walk there will be 50% credit given. If canceled within a 24 hour period no refund or credit will be given.
Early Returns: no refund or credit given
Overnight Sittings: There is a 7 day cancellation period 50% refund. If canceled with 6 days to 2 days of overnight sit there will be 50% credit given
Holidays: No refund or credit given if cancelled within 14 days
